Payment Options
Acceptable credit cards are Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Shipping
We ship UPS ground (orders under 1 lb. ship via USPS) to US addresses only. For international shipping, please go to our store finder to find a store or online site that will ship to your location. Pricing is based on weight and distance. Please call for any special shipping requests. Tracking notification sent to an email address by request.
Returns and exchanges
Fleurville will not accept any return or exchange without a Return Authorization Number written on the return. All returns must include a proof of purchase receipt from an Authorized Fleurville dealer.
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your card for any item you are not happy within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Ship prepaid and insured back to us after getting a Return Authorization.
Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

Care Instructions
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent if needed. If liquid spills inside, pull the interior out and spot clean and air dry immediately.
We suggest using the removable insulated beverage holder for any liquid.
We do not recommend machine wash or dry.
If a magnetic snap breaks, please email returns@fleurville.com with your mailing address for a free replacement. We will repair a bag with a broken snap for a $10 fee. This process takes 2-3 weeks including shipping and requires a return authorization number and form.
The O-ring stroller attachment was designed to break under certain pressure because of our concern over the stroller tipping. We offer one free replacement set with proof of purchase from an authorized Fleurville dealer.
